Criteria
Resolves YES if any official U.S. government body, including Congress, the DoD, NASA, or the executive branch, releases a formal statement, report, or declassified document explicitly stating that evidence of non-human intelligence has been confirmed. Statements that merely acknowledge unexplained aerial phenomena without attributing them to non-human origin resolve NO. Resolves NO if no such acknowledgment occurs before December 31, 2026.
