Criteria
Resolves YES if a U.S. government official, agency, or formally convened investigative body publicly confirms the physical retrieval of a craft or material of unknown origin that cannot be attributed to any known human aerospace program. Confirmation must come through official testimony under oath, a declassified report, or a formal press statement. Whistleblower testimony alone, without corroborating official confirmation, does not meet the resolution threshold. Resolves NO if no such confirmation occurs before January 1, 2028.
