Resolves YES if, by the resolution date, at least two of the following organizations have published statements affirming that the prevailing scientific consensus supports the proposition: National Academy of Sciences, Royal Society, American Association for the Advancement of Science, European Research Council. and no major competing scientific consensus exists. NO Resolution: Resolves NO otherwise.
