Resolution
Criteria
This market resolves YES if, before January 1, 2070, a permanent human settlement exists on a celestial body other than Earth and remains continuously inhabited for at least five years while producing a majority of its own food, water, oxygen, and energy locally. The settlement must be capable of surviving for at least one year without resupply from Earth. This market resolves NO if no such settlement exists before the resolution date.
